ITS BEEN RAINING 24/7 for seven days!!!

Hey family

 Ok first of all Emily never thinks that i read what she writes in the emails which is so not true. Dont worry about the car Emily its not up to us. ;) Eternal perspective!!! just like in the movie the RM.

 That was really cool that you guys got to go and see the BYU football game! Im glad that the cougars are turning things around a little bit. This week has been super CRAZY!!!!!!! First of al the weather..... we´ve been hit!!!!! El Salvador got hit by a really bad tropical storm all of this week! ITS BEEN RAINING 24/7 for seven days!!! I Hate the rain!!! at one point i had to go walking through water up to my knees. And so now starting yesterday ive had a pretty bad cold so im trying to take it easy and everything.

 The Country of El Salvador is on red alert right now for all of the areas that are on low sea level. So im pretty grateful that im in Juayua because its up here in the mountains. We do have to be a little careful though when we go on the bus. There have been several landslides that have covered many of the highways making it a little tough for us to travel sometimes to go to the office.

 Thats another thing that has been really tough. We had to take two Elders to the mission office this week from the zone and one of them had to go home early. The good thing is that he is going to be able to come back later. But it wasnt fun taking him there.

 Obedience is such a crucial role in our heavenly father´s plan. He wants to bless us he wants us to be happy but these blessings and this happiness only come from obedience to the laws and ordinances of the gospel. Its just so much easier to be obedient, and at times we make mistakes and as long as we acknowledge our mistakes and confess our sins its just so much easier we are really free from the feelings of guilt and shame. We can truely be happy. Thats the purpose of life Heavenly father wants us to be happy here on earth, he´s shown us how to do it also. All we have to do is follow his son.

 Just like that we also found another super powerful investigator this week he even went to church yesterday also. He was also a guy that we found drunk as well. The second time that we went ansd visited him he was completely fine and by the thrid lesson he had allready prayed and read the book of Mormon and has a testimony of the restoration of the gospel. We went by his house on saturday and invited him to come to church the next day. He told us that he wasnt going to be able to because he had to go and cut coffee beans. But the cool part was that in that moment we taught him about the sabath day and the things that are most important that we need to be doing on Sunday and he decicded right after that to change his mind and come to church with us. So we are going to see if we cant invite him to be baptized by the end of this month. Awesome. I know that the faith that our investigator (Emilio) showed by going to chruch on sunday instead of going to work is going to bless him so much. We can just test it, we can test every commandment to see if we will recieve the blessings and every time we will see the blessings without fail. I love you guys so much. Looking forward to seeing you guys soon but not too soon ;).
