We taught 10 lessons in one day!

Hey Family
That was soo cool looking at all of the photos of Emily the
pictures you took at the track. Wish i couldve been there, oh
well that will be next year. But congratulations Emily you did
such a great job!
This week was a little sad and yet a really good week at the
same time. It was really good because we worked our tails off
and we are going to have a t lewast two baptisms this weekend.
One is of a grandson of this family that we found about three
weeks ago that are just golden investigators and their grandson
Wilber who is 12 years old is ro excited for his baptism this
saturday, the other baptism is that of Mary Escobar who is the
reference that i told you guys about this past week she is so
ready! We even had a day this past week where we taught ten
lessons in one day! Ive never done that before, the most that ive
ever done is nine. (Looks like Emily and Audrey arent the only
one getting new PRs around here haha) And we got to use the
water baloons that you guys sent in the easter package they were
perfect the whole zone had a blast. So everything is going
amazing here in El Salvador. But the sad thing is that. ... i have
18 months in the mission. ahhhhhhh. its going by way too fast i
want to give it my very best every second. Every night i feel like
i get back to the house and after doing numbers i just crash. But
its an amazing feeling just knowing that you gave it everything
to help others ... ive never slept so well in my life.
But at the same time i cant stop thinking that the mission is so
awesome! And i dont need to be really sad, because I cant wait
to go to work on the second part of my mission. I was watching
a talk that Jeffery R Holland gave in th MTC in the last zone
conference and he said the missionaries that go home sad are the
missionaries that really never understood the purpose of the
mission. This mission never ends ... there is no going back for
the missionaries. When i go back its just like another transfer
and i wont be speaking spanish all of the time ill still get to keep
it going though when i go and help the spanish speaking Elders
in the spanish branch. The mission is amazing and im never
going to forget what ive learned. I love you guys a ton. And
hope you are having a great time up there.
I downloaded some pictures so that you could see. Some are
from the baptism that we had last monday of the last member of
the family that i taught in Paraiso, some are of our bishop when
he caught this huge iguana in his house while we were sitting
down eating lunch, some other ones are at the ward activity that
we had for mothers day and then the last one was from yesterday
when our ward rented out a bus so that the whole ward could go
to a fireside with one of the seventy assigned to El Salvador so
that is our whole ward in one bus. It was really cool because he
talked about how in the not to distant future there will be a
temple here in Santa Ana! How cool would that be! Anyway
thats whats going on down here.
