My new Companion is Elder Diaz from Panama

Hey family
Hope everything is ok over there. My new companion is sucha
an amazing missionary. Elder Diaz is from Panama city Panama,
and loves to talk with everybody. Sometimes i still hesitate in
talking to people but he really understands that as missionaries
we literaly are representatives of Jesus Christ and we have been
sent to talk to everybody about the gospel. He has been such a
great help for me and has helped me grow so much this week
and we have been able to see so much success. Right now
starting out the month of May in our zone we have 10
investgators with a batismal date that have allready gone to
church and 1 guy allready baptized. And three of those
investigators are in our area.
This past thursday we were out contacting and we found an
elderly couple. Manuel and Irma. They had been going to an
evangelical church for three off our years but it never filled them
up the members always looked down on them because they live
in very humble circumstances. So when we started teaching him
is it was like alma and amulek teaching the poor people of
Ammonihah. Anyway so they came to church yesterday and that
same day we put a baptismal date with them and their 13 year
old grandson that lives there on the weekends. That was a
miracle finding such chosen people in such short of time. The
Lord istruely preparing people to recieve the gospel in every
place in the world. We just have to look for them. And thats not
just our job as missionaries but also as members of the church.
With great power comes great responsibility.
Keep up the great work guys. I think that im going to try and use
the skype thing to talk to you guys next sunday for mothers day
at around 2 or 3 oclock here so it will be at about I or 2 oclock
over there so we can do the skype thing. And if i dont get it
working i will give you a call that same night.

P.S. Here is a bicture of the two baptisms that we had on
saturday also sorry i kind of forgot to talk about them. Their
names are Sonya and Wendy they are both sisters and single
moms that are truely amazing mothers that work so hard to
support their kids. We are also teaching their mom and their step
dad. Keep your fingers crossed that they will get baptized this
month!
