Hey family
Ha ha thats really funny what you said about David, Ethan. I can
totally believe that David was just faking his accent. it's not that
hard to keep your American accent. he will have at least one
gringo missionary in his zone. Here it is super easy to keep my
accent because im teaching my companion English and i talk to
other missionaries in the zone in English. Although there is a
hard part about it. its that you lose your vocabulary and
grammar. Like you guys could see yesterday and in all of my
emails my grammar stinks.
It was really great to get to see and talk to you guys yesterday.
Mom I hope that you had an amazing mothers day and that you
were able to take a little bit of a rest from everything.
I know that if there is anybody that could use a vacation it is
you. I want to say sorry for giving you such a hard time Emily,
its just that you are growing up way too fast. But just remember
Emily what Dad said i am now your official escort for dates
when i get back. haha. Im not going to lie though you guys are
all growing up so much. But i know that we are all being so
blessed. Grandma sent me an email not that long ago talking
about how much our family really has been blessed and will
continue to be blessed as long as we remain faithfull. There is a
scripture that i really like thats in Mosiah 2:21-22. It talks about
even if we do all that we can do be as obedient as we possible
can we will still be slothful (i think this is the word, the word in
spanish is "inutil" or unable) servents, but regardless of that the
only thing that our father in heaven requires of us is that we
keep his commandments and he will bless us and make us
prosper.
Thanks for telling me about what was happening with
grandma's brother. Ill keep him and his family in my prayers
too. Ive really seen so many miracles here in the mission and if
we really have faith and do all that we can be healed both
phisicly as well as spiritually. The power of the preisthood exists
and as long as we are humble and keep the commandments all
things are possible. I know that this is the true church of Jesus
Christ that has his power and authority to do anything. And we
are part of it. I love you guys so much, miracles are waiting for
us every day we just have to go out and look for them. Have a
