Thanks for the email dad 

Well that sounds like the weather that you had in Mexico was
really pleasent. Here unfortunately its not like that. During the
. Winter yes it is like that all day every day and it is very pleasent.
But the second spring starts, it just gets hotter and hotter until
easter weekend that is the hottest part of the week. So its like 90
95 degrees almost all day, its kind of annoying now but i know
that im going to miss it. There are so many things that are so
typical to El Salvador that im going to miss in especially the
pupusas.
No but you are so right Dad the mission does go by way too fast.
and that is the biggest fear that i have, that im going to get to the
end of my mission and i havent done al that the lord has had in
mind for me. This past weekend helped me out alot with that.
We had two baptisms! I '11 put the pictures in the email with
everybody else. But it was a young couple that got married opn
saturday and then afterwards we had their baptism. The Husband
used to be a super huge alchoholic. My companion Elder Ferrin
found him in the street one night going back top the house with
his old comp. He came up to him and was stone cold drunk and
tried to talk to him in English but didnt know how really. They
picked him up and helped him get back to his house. The next
day they taught him the Restoration of the gospel and he has
been coming to church every sunday ever since. Its just been
really cool to see how the gospel has really worked a change in
his life and the life of all of his family. Thats the best part of the
mission. Not only to lose yourself in the service of other people,
but also to see and help other people change their lives and
forget about their problems and put their lives in the hands of
our savior. Its takes alto of faith, but when you see people read
the book ofmormon and really obtain that faith its amazing!
Love you dad and hope everything is going well with the
business. Mom said that you went out to the coast to take
measurements for a job. Hope everything turns out ok. As long
as we just forget about the material things and lose ourselves in
the service of others. the lord blesses us temporarily as well as
spiritually. Love you Dad!
