We won the soccer game. Elder Hardy is being transferred and Elder Perez is my new companion

Hey Family
Hey sorry i didn't get to take any pictures of the soccer
game ... only because I was tearing it up the whole time! No I'm
only kidding its because we didn't have very many substitutes
and my companion got really tired so he went out and took
some pictures and he took a little bit of a video also where you
see me playing but he only got one picture off so ill see if i cant
send you guys that picture with this email. But as for this week
it was awesome. First of all we won the soccer game 5 to 4! I
didn't score any goals but i got 2 assists and i got to wear my
cleats! Then this week we found 25 new investigators! We
worked so hard but it was so worth it. Then yesterday Louis got
baptized and it was such a great experience. Half of the ward
was there at the baptism; the primary sang a song for him. He
loved the whole thing. The ward is basically in love with us and
then after church yesterday we put a baptismal date for
Bellatrice { the mom that is living with an abusive boyfriend right
now wants to leave and so she is leaving with her son this week
to go to another house that she is renting. It's really sad that it
had to turn out this way but it's all worked out for the better
and now she has a baptismal date for the 21st of this month its
going to be sweet! The only downside is that we are going to
have transfers this Wednesday and Elder Hardy is leaving. I'm
going to miss him a lot he has been one of my favorite
companions by far its only too bad that it was only for a short
time. He's going to a Pueblo (which is like a small town a little
bit smaller than ... ok a lot smaller than Molalla. and its called
Atiquizaya. And I'm getting another Latin companion whose
name is Elder Perez and he is from Guatemala. So next Monday
ill have a little bit more to say about that.
But this week we will be working a lot with one of our new
investigators call Ana Mirian she didn't come to church but
she is super positive. She has gone through truly humbling
experiences in her lives. She has lost custody of both of her
children and lost her job and so she is having a really hard time
looking for work at times she has a really hard time looking for
money to buy food. But i know that this gospel is going to help
her out so much its not even funny. That and we've also been
working with this other 16 year old kid Jonathan who has been
listening to the missionaries for almost three months now but
is finally turning around and can to church on Sunday and that
really showed a lot about his desires. He wants to get baptized,
but he just doesn't feel that he is really he smokes a little
bit. Like one or two cigarettes a week but we've just got to help
him out a little bit more. But that's what is going on here.
This next year or so for all of us is going to be such a great
time for all of us to grow (not only for me) in so many ways. We
need to give it our all always. Thats one of the most important
things that we can learn here in this life how we can make the
best use of the time that heavenly father has given to us. Elder
Martino one of the members of the seventy came three weeks
ago and talked to us about that (im not sure if i allready told
you guys about that before) But i learned so much about that.
We need to give it our all always! I love you guys so much and
hope you all have a great week!
