Hola Familia

Hey glad to hear that everything is going great back there. And I am super
excited to get the package this next week! Hey But before i say anything
else i should tell you guys something that i know that you guys will think is
funny. Here in El Salvador there are no copyright laws and so everybody
here has pirated dvds and movies long before they come out on dvd. So
anyway this morning wqe went and played soccer with 3 of the other zones
here in the mission and in order to go there from Santa Anna we have to
take a special bus thats alot nicer and sometimes they have movies on the
bus. And as part of the mission rules here in our mission we can watch
movies only if they are showing on the busses that and you dont really
have a choice when the screen is right in front of you and you cant turn it
off. So on the bus back from San Salvador we got to see the new new
twilight movie "eclipse." (PS it was still really dumb is spanish)hahahaha.
No but im glad that you guys had a good time at girls camp, Emily and
Audrey to be specific. Girls balling there eyes out sounds like a blast.
Kidding! kidding! No from what ive always heard sounds like you guys had
a great experience. I know that efy and activities like that really helped to
build my testimony and i hope that girls camp did the same for you guys.
Anyway but this past week was really good and we worked really hard and
we ended up having 12 investigators in sacrament meeting ... 12!! and we
had a baptism yesterday too. SEE PICS. his name is Roberto Cea and he
has been investigating the church for about 4 months now his wife and son
were baptised two weeks before i got here. So the super cool thing was
that the son whose name is Cristian got to baptize his dad. I know that that
exsperience will be something that neither of them are going to forget. and
then on the 31st we are going to have another batism and a wedding! Two
to be exact. we've been teaching the daughter and her boyfreind of a
recent convert they are like 37ish and they allready have kids i think they
have been together since they were 15. But anyway they are going to get
married and then have the baptism after the wedding. They are also of the
same family that were baptised last week that i told you about. But its just
really nice to be here. Ive kind of tried to sit back and look at whats going
on around me here in our area and its just really nice to see the days go by
really fast and as president Hinkley's dad said "lose yourself in the work." I
love teaching and visiting with the people all day and then coming back to
the house at night and look back and say its all worth it because im helping
other people to come unto Christ and help them find true happiness and
dirrection in their lives. Always look for opportunities to do that. Whether it
be home teaching or visiting teaching or just talking with on of your friends
from school. All of the people in our lives need this gospel, whether they
know it or not. But at least we know it. and we need to help others realize
that as well. Thats one thing i wish that i did more of when i was in high
school, talk about the gospel with those around me. I know at times it can
seem like a really hard and intimidating thing to do but as long as you have
trust in the Lord you will help change peoples lives. So for a challenge to
ALL of you, ive got a mini mission for you guys to go on. Then write down,
individually, a list of as many people that you can think of the you know.
They can be best friends, aquaintances, or just people that you know that
they exist. and then pray about it and ask "Who can i share the gospel
with?" I know that it is a little intimidating but watch the video first and it will
all make sense.
I love all of you guys and hope that you have a great week! I know that this
is really the work of angels and that we are really put here for a reason, and
that knowledge that we have we need to share. Like i said before to you
guys and like off the movie spiderman "With great power comes great
