It's sooo stinking hot here!

 4/27/10

Greetings from the hottest area the mission! It is sooo stinking
hot here no matter what you do you are always sweating ill
send you guys a picture of how much of a tan i have right now it
is ridiculous!
And yeah about mothers day ill probably wait until you guys are
over at grandma and grandpas house to call and that way it will
be cool to talk to everyone. That and the fact that we are only
one hour ahead of you guys so that means that ill be at church
from 8 oclock in the morning till 11 oclock in the morning so it
will be fine ill just call at around six oclock over to grandma and
grandpa's house and that way i can talk to everyone and it will
be easier to plan for that. But ill try the cell phone first because
David will probably be thinking the same thing.
Im sorry to hear about Great B but im glad that she had
everyone around her and it sounds like she went very
peacefully and im sure thats the best. But it really is a comfort
to live with the knowledge that he have of the restored gospel
in our lives and Great B had that same knowledge and now she
has gone on to the next step that we all have to take, but with
the knowledge that we will all be reunited together as an
eternal family again. And that in itself really is a miracle that
can change the course of any persons life, thats really what we
are here on this earth to do, not just missionaries but as
members of the church in general. It is through our examples
we can help others ensure the never ending peace and joy that
is the family. It's like in an airport at night when the pilots are
guided out of the gate and onto the tarmac to take off. Our
friends and our neighbors are only "... kept from the truth
because they know not where to find it. 11 Because we know the
way to return to live with our heavenly father, because we
know of the blessings that we can recieve through the
knowledge that is the restored gospel, we need to share it with
others. Right know we are living in the night of the world, Satan
is working his absolute hardest to subdue the souls of men that
are still stuck in their gate at the airport. Still stuck in family
problems, stuck without work, stuck with a painful loss of a
loved one. Our heavenly father has placed us in vital locations
in the lives of others where these families, our brothers and
sisters, where we can lead them safely to the runway
(***cough*** BAPTISM);) To a safe takeoff and a smooth
beautiful night skys where they can soar off into the eternities
as an eternal family. Never forget like uncle Ben said off of the
movie Spider-Man "With great power comes great
responsibility ... "
Sorry if that was a little deep i dont know where that came
from but it just popped into my head and i ran with it. But really
this gospel is amazing. love it, live it, share it. And thats what im
doing here. Love you guys and hope everything is going along
swimmingly back there. Untill next week. And the week after ill
really hear from you then ;)

and oh yeah we had a baptism on saturday i didnt get a chance
to tell you about that we were going to have one but his name
is Bryan and he is nine years old and his family is less active but
i hope that he will be a strong example in helping out his family.
